By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, or confirming a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our "Book Tickets" search tool helps you look up flight, train, and bus options across India. This tool surfaces publicly available search results and opens them on official third-party booking platforms or airline/railway/bus operator websites. Aimora Escapes does not process ticket payments directly through this tool and is not the merchant of record for tickets booked on external platforms. If you would prefer we book tickets on your behalf, our team can do this manually — please reach out via WhatsApp or the contact form.
All package prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are per person or per couple/family as indicated, unless stated otherwise. Prices are indicative and subject to change based on travel dates, availability, and inclusions finalized at the time of booking. Any advance payment, balance payment schedule, and accepted payment modes will be communicated clearly in your booking confirmation before you are asked to pay.
Many components of your trip — flights, hotels, cabs, cruises, activity operators, and local guides — are provided by independent third parties. Aimora Escapes selects reputable partners but is not the underlying service provider for these components and is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service issues caused directly by airlines, hotels, or other third-party operators, beyond assisting you with resolution and rebooking support.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Aimora Escapes is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes to your trip caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, political unrest, strikes, epidemics/pandemics, government travel restrictions, or third-party operator failures. In such cases, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule or adjust your itinerary wherever possible.
To the extent permitted by law, Aimora Escapes' liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed connections, loss of enjoyment, or incidental expenses arising from circumstances outside our control.
Content on this website — including itineraries, prices, and destination information — is provided for general guidance and is updated periodically. We aim for accuracy but occasional errors or outdated information may appear; please confirm final details with our team before booking.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
