- Contact & enquiry details: name, phone number, email address, preferred destination, travel dates, number of travelers, and any message you submit through our contact form.
- Chat conversations: messages you send to Pushan, our AI travel assistant, so we can generate helpful responses and, where relevant, follow up with you.
- Ticket search inputs: the from/to cities, dates, and travel class you enter in the Book Tickets tool, used only to build your search query.
- Technical data: standard web log data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the site running smoothly.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a custom travel quotation or itinerary.
- To contact you via phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding a booking you've enquired about.
- To generate relevant answers through Pushan when you use the chat widget.
- To improve our website, packages, and customer support based on general usage patterns.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for purposes unrelated to planning and supporting your travel with us.
4. Third-Party Services We Use
- Netlify Forms: processes and stores contact form submissions so our team can respond to your enquiry.
- Anthropic (Claude API): powers Pushan, our chat assistant. Messages you send in the chat widget are processed by Anthropic's API to generate a reply, in line with Anthropic's own data handling practices.
- Google Custom Search: powers ticket search results in our Book Tickets tool; your search terms (route, dates) are sent to Google's Custom Search API to fetch relevant results.
- WhatsApp: if you contact us via WhatsApp, your conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy in addition to ours.
5. Data Retention
We retain enquiry and booking-related information for as long as needed to support your trip and for a reasonable period afterward for customer service and accounting purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized unless we're required to keep it longer by law.
6. Your Choices
- You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing bookings@aimoraescapes.co.in.
- You can opt out of promotional messages while still receiving booking-related communication necessary to complete your trip.
7. Data Security
We use reputable third-party infrastructure (Netlify, Anthropic, Google) with industry-standard security practices to handle your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children; traveler details for minors are collected only from a parent or guardian as part of a group booking.
